Use A Humidifier – “In the winter months, there is no amount of water that you can drink that will hydrate the surface of the skin,” says Dr. Tabasum Mir. “Buy a humidifier with a timer and set it to go off an hour or two before you sleep. Leaving it on all night can hydrate your skin from the outside in.”
